Paxaro is managed by Johan Vogel and Dick Grotholt. Johan Vogel has been providing engineering and consultancy services for 30 years in the fields of Construction, Civil Engineering, Roads, Rail, and Infrastructure Technology. His expertise includes advising, design, and engineering. He has worked both nationally and internationally for contractors, engineering firms, and government bodies. Over his career, Johan has developed extensive expertise in designing reinforced, pre- and post-tensioned concrete bridges and viaducts, cable-stayed bridges, tunnels, and leading design teams. Currently, he also acts as an independent advisor for infrastructure projects within large DBFM contracts. Dick Grotholt, with a background in civil engineering, has built up broad experience as a project manager and advisor for various government agencies, engineering firms, and companies both at home and abroad. BIM, Geo-information, integrated design, Systems Engineering, and Information Management in infrastructure projects are Dick’s main areas of focus. He excels at translating project requirements into final deliverables. With a broad vision, he gives specialists the space to work while steering projects toward excellent results that satisfy all stakeholders.
