Our team

Johan Vogel and Dick Grotholt are the managers of Paxaro.

Johan Vogel:
Having provided engineering and consultancy services for 30 years in the fields of construction, civil, roads, rail, and infrastructure engineering, his expertise includes consultancy, design, and engineering. He has worked domestically and internationally for contractors, engineering firms, and governments.

Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in designing reinforced, pre-stressed, and post-stressed concrete bridges/viaducts, cable-stayed bridges, and tunnels. Additionally, he has managed design teams. Currently, he is also working as an independent consultant for infrastructure projects within larger DBFM contracts.

Dick Grotholt:

Dick has accumulated extensive experience as a project manager and consultant for various governments, engineering firms, and companies in the Netherlands and abroad, building on his studies in civil engineering. BIM, geo-information, integral design, systems engineering, and information management in infrastructure projects are his main areas of focus. He has a broad vision and knows how to translate questions into effective end products. By providing space for specialists and leading the project, he achieves excellent results for all stakeholders.

Our team:

Our team of specialists includes a constructor, designer, draftsman, project leader, systems engineer, and BIM director.

Our team members are knowledgeable professionals who apply their expertise effectively within projects. They are collaborative and proactive in sharing knowledge, and they will raise concerns or provide advice when necessary to address any bottlenecks.

In addition to our permanent team members, we also have a reliable and experienced group of self-employed specialists with whom we work closely.
